Technical information: our hosting provider may process basic data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited to deliver and secure the site.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, passwords, account log-ins or payment card details through this website.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
To schedule and carry out the service you book.
To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for those services, or where required by law. These include:

Cloudflare, which hosts this website and processes form submissions.
Resend, which delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the quote form is being used by a person and not a spam bot.
Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site and receives your IP address when fonts load.
Google Maps, only if you choose to load the map on our Contact page.
Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook), only if we turn on analytics and you accept cookies in the cookie banner.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept in our secure admin system so we can reply and keep a record of your booking. We review them at least once a year and delete requests we no longer need, unless we must keep them longer for accounting or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.
